Having trouble logging into your INVU App?

If this is your first time logging into your INVU App, make sure you first locate your welcome email.

 

The welcome email will walk you through setting up a password for your account so you can get started in the app. Once you have done this, always log in using the correct credentials and password you set up.

If this is not your first time logging in and have already received your welcome email, always double check that you are using the same password you set up your account with.

 

Some tips to consider while trying to login:

  1. Ensure that CAPS LOCK is not accidentally enabled when trying to login

  2. Click the eye symbol when typing out your password to reveal and double check that you are correctly typing out your password

     

  3. Double check that you are typing out your password in the correct language you first established for your account.
