If this is your first time preparing for remote monitoring sessions and you haven’t received your welcome email, please start by checking the Spam  folder in your inbox. While it’s not common, our emails may occasionally be filtered there.

If you’re still unable to find the email, please contact your clinical care team. They can help verify that your personal details, especially your email address are correct and resend the information if needed.
