How to Reset My Password?
A quick guide on resetting a password for the INVU app:
We know that having to reset your password can be frustrating, but we are here to help you get back in to your INVU app quickly.
Open your INVU app on your mobile device

Select "Forgot password?"

Type in the email that your Healthcare Provider used to create your care plan and select "Send Recovery Link"
Open your email application

You will see an email from INVU with the subject line "Change Password Request"

Select the green "Reset Password" button

Choose a new password and select "Save"
Open your INVU app on your mobile device:

Login with your email and new password
Things to note
If you don’t receive your “Change Password Request” email from INVU, please check your Spam folder, as it may have been filtered automatically.
If the email is still missing or you’re unable to log in to the INVU app, please contact us for assistance.
