What to do if you have not received your order?

If you have not received your shipment with your INVU Sensor Band, please refer to the shipping notification email that you received and refer to the tracking information included in the email.

If you have not received an email with tracking information, there is a problem with any of the tracking details, or if you have further questions, please contact support@nuvocares.com.
