What to do during your remote monitoring session
Having a successful monitoring session will be a breeze if you remember some key do's and don'ts during your session.
Do's:

Try to hold as still as possible in a recommended monitoring position:
Reclining, sitting up straight, or lying on your back. -
Be in a quiet and calm environment with minimal distractions and interruptions. Read more about it here: Where should I monitor?

Keep an eye out for INVU app notifications if it is running in the background of your phone while using other apps.

Report kicks and contractions when you feel them.

Follow in-app instructions if you encounter any error messages during your session.
Don'ts:

Don't have other apps or devices running that may be taking up your internet bandwidth.

Don't have your mobile device too far away from you and your INVU Sensor band.

Don't make unnecessary phone calls during a session.
