QR Code not scanning?
What to do if the QR code on your INVU sensor band is not scanning.
If your QR code on your INVU Sensor band not scanning? Here is a quick guide on what to do if you experience this problem.
1) Check and make sure the LED light on your band's controller is a steady green. If blinking red, please charge your band until it turns steady green and is fully charged.

2) If this is your first time connecting the INVU Sensor Band to your INVU App, check out the article below with step-by-step instructions on how to connect the band to the app:
If this is NOT your first time connecting the band to the app:

Go to your INVU app settings

Under the Sensor Band section locate the "Rescan QR code" option.

Follow the in-app prompts to rescan and connect the sensor band.

Once pairing is successful, the LED light on the controller will turn a steady blue light.

If you are still unable to scan and connect to the INVU app, contact Nuvo support for further assistance.
