Haven't received your INVU Welcome email yet? Fear not!

If this is your first time and you haven't received your email, check your Spam folder within in your inbox. Although not common, our welcome emails can get redirected into the Spam folder.

If you are still unable to locate the email within your Spam folder, contact your clinical care team. Double check your personal information with your team to ensure your email address is correct.
