INVU band will not connect to app:

Having trouble connecting your band to the INVU app? Here's a guide that can help!

Some potential causes for this problem can be due to the following:

  • The INVU Sensor band is turned off

  • Bluetooth connection is disabled on your device

  • The band and the device are not within in range of each other

  • The band was automatically shut off due to no activity

  • The band is not charged enough to complete a session

  • There is a problem with pairing the band to your device

  • Your phones permissions needed to run the app were not granted

 

LED Light Indicator Color:

Blinking RED: Band battery is not charged enough.

Troubleshooting: Charge the band until a stead green light appears. This means the band is fully charged and ready for use.

 

Steady GREEN: Band is charged and ready for use. This can indicate that there is a pairing issue with the device and the band.

Steady RED: Band malfunction

Troubleshooting: Try turning band off and on again. If light is still a steady red, contact support.
