How to chat with the Nuvo support team?
A quick guide on how to chat with our support team
For any technical issues before or during your session, the option to chat with a support representative is available.
To do this, simply tap on the support chat logo at the top left hand corner in the home screen or during session setup to connect to one of our representatives.
The option to chat with our support staff will also be available in session, on the log-in screen, and on any error messages you may receive during a session.
You can also access the support chat messenger outside of a session. To to this, from the home screen of the INVU App click on "Help & Support" on the menu tab and the option to "Chat with us" is available under Contact Support.
Although we can't wait to talk with you, our bot friend Zoe the INVU guide has been designed to help assist you with tips for setting up a successful monitoring session and to check in with you during your session.
