Choosing a Scheduling Method for Your Clinic
How to schedule patients via clinic hours or personalized scheduling?:
Based on each clinics needs, providers have two options for scheduling patient monitoring appointments:

During Clinic Hours - Patients will be able to start monitoring sessions during the defined clinic hours.

Personalized scheduling - Patients will be able to start monitoring sessions based on their personalized scheduling defined via their patient card (learn more about personalized scheduling here).
** The scheduling method is selected for the entire clinic, rather than for each patient individually.
Set up a scheduling method for your clinic by following these steps:
Step 1: Log in to INVU Pro
Step 2: Access the Settings on the menu bar on the left side of the screen. You'll see the scheduling settings tab.
Step 3: If your healthcare system has more than one clinic, you will be prompted to select the clinic for which you would like to configure scheduling preferences.
Step 4: Choose a scheduling method based on your clinic's needs:

Based on clinic hours

Personalized scheduling per patient

If scheduling "Based on clinic hours" be sure to select the days and times you would like patients to have access to monitoring.
Note: Changing the scheduling settings between "Based on clinic hours" and "Personalized scheduling per patient" will change all scheduling settings for all patients.
