How to communicate with the patient during a remote monitoring session?
When you are in a live session, you can send the patient a message with updates, questions, or instructions. It is important to note that patients can only write in the chat after the provider starts the conversation.
In addition, you can decide whether you want the patient to be able to reply to messages. If you toggle off patient replies, you won't be able to change this later on in the session so the patient can reply.
The chat is available throughout the session. After the session ends, you can also view the chat history documented in the monitoring report.
