Experiencing Bluetooth connectivity issues?
What to do if you are experiencing Bluetooth connectivity problems while getting started with your monitoring session.
Are you getting a "Poor Bluetooth connectivity" message in your INVU app while trying to start or during a remote monitoring session?
Below are some tips on how to solve a poor Bluetooth connectivity problem:

Make sure your phone is close to your INVU Sensor Band, less than 16 feet, with no obstacles in between.

Make sure no other app or device is heavily consuming the Wi-Fi bandwidth (e.g. YouTube, games, etc.) or connected to Bluetooth through your phone.

Ensure that other devices in your vicinity are not connected to Bluetooth (e.g. wireless speakers, laptops, etc.)

Avoid making or receiving calls during a session
