How to return the INVU sensor band?

Once you have completed your care plan prescribed by your healthcare provider, you will be discharged and a return shipping label with instructions will be sent to you via email. These materials will help you send your INVU kit back to Nuvo.

If you have not completed your care plan and no longer wish to use the INVU Remote Pregnancy Monitoring System, please contact your healthcare provider and ask to be discharged from the INVU system. A return shipping label with instructions will be sent to you via email. These materials will help you send your INVU kit back to Nuvo.

Instructions for returning your band:

1. Pack the INVU sensor belt and all related accessories in the INVU carrying case.

2. Pack your INVU carrying case in a shipping box (feel free to use the same box that we used to ship you your INVU kit)

3. Seal the box and securely attach the shipping label provided to you

4. Follow the below link and schedule a pre-paid USPS pickup. Nuvo, the creators of the INVU Pregnancy Monitoring System will cover the associated shipping cost
